The project
"International Online Arbitration Court" |

The project "International Online Arbitration
Court" has as its objective to develop a set of internet based
instruments; an international expert team will produce arbitration clauses
and procedures as well mediation to solve legal conflicts e.g. in
eCommerce outside regular state courts. All possible tools - from the
Smart Card based security solution to the fairly secure Online Court System
- will be employed to make available for the first time legal bondage,
discretion, complete records, classified exchange of documents and files,
storage - and the whole in near real time. |

Together with the cooperation partner JustFair GmbH the
SEFIROT GmbH was awarded the project in the context of a competition of
the federal ministry of economy and technology dealing with "secure
and dependable transactions in unprotected communication nets".

In 2003, the MultiNET Services GmbH joined the project and took up the
duties of the JustFair GmbH.
|
|
The International Online Arbitration Court is one of
the Best Practice examples for customer focussed application of quality
security technologies. The project is receiving partial funding from the
VERNET program of the BMWi.
